Especially in March and April, we serve a delicious spring special. Enjoy a tender 250-gram tournedos, perfectly prepared and served with sweet potato, a fresh Parmesan salad and a creamy béarnaise sauce.

Serving suggestion:

Pair this dish with Cruz del Castillo Rioja Crianza. A balanced red wine with notes of ripe red fruit and vanilla, aged in American oak. A perfect complement to the rich and intense flavour of the tournedos.
